Amit Shantaram Borkar, the founder of the litigation firm ‘AB Legal Services’, has 15 years of legal expertise. He is a double graduate with a B.Com. degree from the Mithibai Motiram Kundanani (M.M.K.) Bandra and L.L.B. degree from the G. J. Advani Law College, Bandra. He is a member of the Bombay Bar Association (Bombay High Court,Fort), Bandra Bar Association as well as of the Bandra Family Court Bar Association.
He has a vivid experience in complex commercial litigation, recovery laws, insolvency matters, testamentary laws/succession laws, real estate/property matters, consumer disputes, intellectual property laws, and family laws. He has successfully represented clienteles before the Hon’ble Bombay and Delhi High Court, NCLT Mumbai, NCDRC Delhi, Civil Courts (Mumbai), Magistrate Courts (Mumbai), District and State Consumer Forums, and other Specialized Courts as well as Tribunals.
Sakshi Prasad Narkar is a highly accomplished legal professional and Co-Founder of the Firm, with more than 15 years of specialized experience in property law, mortgage advisory, and real estate documentation.
She is a double graduate with a B. Com. degree from Chetna College, Bandra and a L.L.B. degree from the G.J. Advani Law College, Bandra. She also holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, pursued through Government Law College, Mumbai.
An active member of the Bandra Bar Association. She played a pivotal role in advising leading banks, NBFCs, and housing finance institutions on the legal intricacies of mortgage lending covering structuring, due diligence, documentation, home loans, loans against property, regulatory compliance and legal advisory. Her meticulous approach and strategic insights continue to shape the firm’s core offerings in real estate and financial sector.
